I currently have two low-cost spaces available for people seeking longer-term psychotherapy.
These spaces are intended for individuals who feel they would benefit from sustained, in-depth work and who are able to commit to therapy over a longer period of time. They are offered at a reduced fee to support access to ongoing therapy where cost might otherwise be a barrier.
These spaces involve a commitment of approximately 18 months, with a minimum of 60 sessions. This level of continuity allows time for deeper patterns, relationships, and emotional experiences to be explored thoughtfully rather than rushed.
My approach in these spaces is the same as in my standard practice. The reduced fee reflects a commitment to accessibility, not a different or lesser form of therapy.
If you are interested in reflective, relational psychotherapy and feel able to make this kind of commitment, you are welcome to enquire. Please mention low-cost long-term therapy when booking a discovery call or getting in touch, and we can think together about whether this would be a good fit.
